Great aesthetic but don’t waste your money if you want to sleep!

Aesthetic of hotel, not far from main area, pool is main attraction

Location of property (right next to a farm) so impossible to sleep at night or have peace during day, pool unclean, not enough sun loungers, room had ant problem, staff seriously lack customer service skills, squeaky bed, thin walls, walk to and from the hostel in the evening very scary if you don’t like dogs and dogs wander around the hotel and the pool area

Modern newly renovated hotel, great location walking distance to town. Friendly staff and great facilities in the room. We loved the view of the pool and the hills in the background. Fabulous stay!

not sure for the type of the room : deluxe vs superior, the corner room ? for pool view. very very small toilet and shower room, not enough space for towel hanging , toiletries. Noisy night. Senior staff quite rude.

The B2 is a perfect central spot for pai visitors!

The hotel itself was in a fantastic location! Due to only being here a couple days we didn't use the pool much but the day we did it was great. The rooms were clean and tidy and a great space for basing yourself to explore the town.

The space for the toilet was quite small it would have made sense for the glass panel between the shower and toilet not to be there and make it a wet room.

B2 very nice hotel

I loved the pool and the rooms was very quite relaxing even like the sound of the cocks all day in the farm next door

Nothing to do with the hotel but the doggs at the fruit n veg market on a night where very frightening when you try to walk past them. And no food or drinks sold here they should have small selection of things

Comfy stay.

The pool access room was absolutely brilliant. Spacious balcony.

The shower room and the toilet are quite small with almost transparency glass walls separated. Would be a bit uncomfortable with family travelling or mates.

The manager was very kind and went out of her way to make our stay extra special. The room was so clean and comfortable with easy accsss to the beautiful swimming pool. We had one problem with our shower which was fixed within 10 minutes of us reporting it. The staff are so friendly and helpful!

Clean and have a nice pool .

No restaurant / breakfast. Be aware that you will be asked to pay a desposit for the keycard that you use to enter your room. (refundable upon checkout).

We booked for 1 day and stayed a week. That says a lot.

Great pool. Not far to town. Pai is fantastic.

Female manager needs a course in customer service. She was abrupt and so unprofesional. Rest of staff brilliant. Only 8 sunbeds for probably over 40 rooms despite room for more. Bathrooms very very badly designed. Toilet and shower separate. Sink in in bedroom. They spent the money but on the wrong things.

Excellent place to relax

Lovely rooms. Nice touches like robes, slippers and complimentary water and toiletries. Location was great - near to the main walking street in Pai. Nice quiet hotel and nicely kept.

There are various areas where they may have had restaurants or bars in the past but don’t now. Would be good if the hotel had a bar or cafe at least. When you have a shower it floods the room quite a bit. To be fair they will clean it up and give you fresh towels but it is a design floor.

Very nice hotel nice welcome break from hostels :)!

The hotel was great, it was hard to relax around the pool with the Gardner constantly cutting the grass which also made the pool filthy!
